How we operate
Anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing
We run a risk-based AML/CFT programme in line with Bank Indonesia regulations. It covers customer due diligence for every institution and business we onboard (KYB, and KYC on beneficial owners and authorised users), enhanced due diligence where risk is higher, ongoing transaction monitoring and record-keeping.
Reporting to PPATK
As a regulated payment service provider, we are subject to reporting obligations to PPATK, Indonesia's financial transaction reports and analysis centre, and we fulfil them.
Fully digital model
We do not handle cash and do not use agents. Every transaction originates from an onboarded institution or business and is recorded end to end.
Data protection and security
Personal data is processed in accordance with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022). API access uses SNAP-standard authentication with signed requests and access tokens over encrypted connections, and production access is granted only after onboarding is complete.
